Sure.

Accomplish Examples: Sleep by 10. Drink X amount of ounces of water a day. Exercise for 30 mins. Be outside for 30 mins. Write daily gratitude. Do a daily prayer. Read 30 pages.

Avoid Examples: Sleep by 11. Processed sugars. Cell phone after 9. More than 20 minutes on Insta. Eating past a certain time. Drinking alcohol.
