I love this salty and tasty treat in small regular amounts to enrich my health. It's an excellent nutrient-dense snack, whether the slimy sushi compliment or the packaged roasted version.๐Ÿ˜‹

Even though roasted seaweed has been a popular snack that you can find at most grocers, the nutritional merits don't get often get the attention they deserve. IMHO ๐Ÿ˜‰
