I love this salty and tasty treat in small regular amounts to enrich my health. It's an excellent nutrient-dense snack, whether the slimy sushi compliment or the packaged roasted version.😋

Even though roasted seaweed has been a popular snack that you can find at most grocers, the nutritional merits don't get often get the attention they deserve. IMHO 😉

Here are three (3) key reasons you should consider this superfood snack.

  1. It's a great source of vitamins and trace minerals, particularly iodine, which helps support your thyroid gland.1
