SFH #82: Don’t Sleep on Lemons

They pack a powerful health punch 🍋 🥊

I'm cutting up and squeezing in 1/3 to 1/2 of lemon the majority of the time I drink water. It is because lemons contain soluble fiber, vitamin c, citric acid, and polyphenols combining for a nutritional power punch. I believe in lemons so much that I leave the peels on in my smoothie recipes and keep a container of a blended-up whole lemon, fresh ginger, and fresh turmeric in my fridge to pour into my green tea. I got the idea from Mr. Jim Kwik. Let’s get right to it.
