IDEA π‘
When you boil it down, consistency is absolutely about momentum. I've repeatedly encountered that one's momentum is the magic elixir to turning action into results. Think about the last time you adopted a healthier habit and saw ideal outcomes. Was there some secret sauce to the habit, or did you start stringing together enough days to make it effective?
For the longest time, I believed finding the right motivation could get me the results I sought, whether in the moment or over an extended period. I've found that while motivation can be a powerful initial force, it tends to be fleeting and hasn't sustained my efforts over the long term. Conversely, consistency has helped me establish lasting habits and behaviors, creating a foundation for continued success.
Once you find the mountain to climb, I bet you can find a consistent, simple pattern to start your journey to the top.
